The fine print
- Items should be unused and in original packaging. Blind boxes and advent calendars should be unopened.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. Then we send a replacement free.
- Damaged or wrong item? Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it right away.
- Shipping fees and add-ons like gift bags are not refundable unless the order was our mistake.
