Shipping policy

Free shipping

Every bundle ships free, and so does any order over $35. Orders under $35 pay a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (not counting weekends and holidays).

Delivery time

Delivery within the United States takes about 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Every order includes tracking.

Christmas orders

Order by December 15 for delivery before Christmas.

Tracking

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, plus updates when it's out for delivery and when it's delivered. You can also follow it in the Shop app. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, contact us and we'll chase it for you.

Arrives safe or we replace it free

If your order arrives damaged, or never arrives, we send a replacement free. Contact us with a photo or your order number.
