Arrives safe or we replace it free

If your order arrives damaged, or never arrives, we send a replacement free. You don't need to return anything. Email us a photo or your order number within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date).

How to start a return

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back. Once it arrives, we refund your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Conditions

  • Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Blind boxes and advent calendars should be unopened.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong. In that case we send a replacement free.
  • Shipping fees and add-ons are not refundable unless the mistake was ours.

Exchanges

Want a different squishy instead? Tell us when you contact us and we'll swap it once the return arrives.
