Arrives safe or we replace it free
If your order arrives damaged, or never arrives, we send a replacement free. Just email us a photo (or your order number) and we'll handle it.
You'll get tracking updates by email when your order ships, when it's out for delivery, and when it's delivered. You can also follow it live in the Shop app. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email us and we'll chase it for you.
